Credits For Artists
Artists receive credits either through tips or direct sells of albums and single tracks. These sales form a cumulative total that are paid out when a minimum of $25 is reached.

Fees
According to the FAQ:
You collect 70% of the money from songs and albums and 85% of the money from tips after earning $20.00. The first $20.00 covers our development, storage, bandwidth, and transaction costs. This one-time only charge is deducted from your first royalty check so there is no risk: you only have the $20.00 deducted after you make it.
Payment Schedule
According to the FAQ:
You get paid every month, assuming your account balance exceeds $25.00. If you earn less than this, that amount will be rolled over into your next month's payments.
